Caprock Hall
- Open to incoming students and all returning students, Caprock is the perfect place to experience dorm living. With four-person suites and furnished rooms, students are well equipped for a comfortable semester.
- $1,373.00 for a 16-week semester

- Each room has 2 beds (extra long twin mattresses), 2 dressers, and 2 desks with chairs.
- Recently renovated lobby with new sofas, chairs, tables, gaming stations, ping pong tables and more
- Open for summer living
Jimmy Dean Hall
- Our newest dorm on campus, Jimmy Dean offers state-of-the-art accommodations and comforts. Enjoy down time in double rooms equipped with a convenient en-suite bathroom.
- $1,993.00 for a 16-week semester
- Each room has 2 beds (extra long twin mattresses), 2 dressers, and 2 desks with chairs.
- Bathrooms are en-suite for each room.
Residence Hall Amenities:
- Laundry is provided in each building. Beginning in fall 2023, laundry will be app-based so you will not need quarters. Residents will pay a $50 fee for each 16-week term for a set number of loads. If you need more loads, you pay through the app. More details to come before fall 2023.
• Each room comes with wireless Internet, as well as Internet hookups.
• Telephone service for dial-tone units is available in each room, with a competitive long-distance service (Students must provide their own phone.)
• Drink and snack machines are located in each residence hall.
*Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms are prohibited in the dorms.
Private Rooms
Private Rooms are assigned as availability allows. Residents will be assigned roommates based on answers from the Housing Application. Private Rooms are charged $500 as of Census Day each 16-week term to anyone who is in a room without a roommate. Private Rooms are not guaranteed from one term to the next. Wayland reserves the right to assign roommates without prior notice as listed in your Occupancy License Agreement in the Housing Application.
