Married Student Housing
Students may apply for Wayland Baptist University Married Student Housing online or in the Housing Office on the Wayland campus. Unmarried non-traditional students, age 23 or older, or having completed 90 WBU credit hours, may also apply for married student housing.
Specific qualifications for married student housing apartments include:
• Students must be married, or 23 years of age with 90 WBU credit hours, and be an enrolled student at Wayland.
• A valid marriage license, if married, and have at least a 2.0 GPA.

All applications are placed on a waiting list, and all married student housing assignments are based upon availability.
