Pioneer Leadership Institute
The Pioneer Leadership Institute was established to provide a variety of opportunities for students and working professionals to grow their leadership skills, add to their skill set and be better prepared to serve the Lord and others whatever their profession. The program has several facets: a one-year program for traditional students in Plainview and several academic offerings to be added soon. Other opportunities are in the works as the Institute grows its footprint.
Curry Pioneer Leaders
The Curry Pioneer Leaders program is funded by an alumni family who believe in building strong Christian leaders who will serve in whatever field God has called them. We believe the opportunity to learn leadership principles in a hands-on, experiential retreat setting with a cohort of peers will allow students to hone their skills and prepare them to stand out as a leader in the workforce and on campus. Adding a mentorship/internship opportunity and a group service project will further hone those skills.
Housed within the Pioneer Leadership Institute, the Curry Pioneer Leaders has no cost to participants thanks to the generosity of our donors. If there is additional interest in the material, participants may transition easily into one of several academic offerings to continue their learning.
