Wayland has partnered with Magnus Health Student Records in order to to provide better student care.
Wayland has partnered with Magnus Health Student Records in order to collect and house student health and legal information/documents required by Wayland Baptist University. Magnus Health is a secure and easy-to-use website for submitting the required information. This is an exciting new tool that will increase security while collecting and maintaining your information, as well as provide secure access to it in the case of an emergency.
Once you have received your 'permit to enroll', you will be receiving an email from Magnus Health that will provide you with your username and temporary password to be able to set up your account. Then you will be able to easily complete and submit all the requested information.
One of the main components in your account is the 'Vital Health Record'. This information
will replace the Medical Health History form previously required by Wayland for ALL
their Plainview campus students. If you are a returning Plainview student, you will
be required to fill out the information in your Magnus Health account as well so we
can have up-to-date information.
Points to remember:
• Look for the email containing your username and password (you must already have your
'permit to enter'.
You will receive reminder emails from Magnus Health to complete requirements, once you complete these requirements the emails will stop.
• COMPLETION OF YOUR MAGNUS HEALTH ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAINVIEW CAMPUS STUDENTS.
• Once completed, you will only have to return to your account at the first of each semester to update any information or confirm there are no changes. Of course, you can log on to make changes or access your account throughout the semester.
