Chris Rodriguez Sets Senior Recital

PLAINVIEW – Wayland Baptist University student Chris Rodriguez will perform his senior recital at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22 in Harral Memorial Auditorium on the Wayland campus.

Rodriguez, band director at Lockney High School, is performing an alto sax recital as part of the requirements to complete his degree in music education. A student of Dr. Sandra Mosteller Rodriguez will be accompanied on stage by Dr. Richard Fountain on piano. He will perform a number of pieces, including Sonata No. 3 by George Handel, Concertino by Warren Benson, Scaramouche by Darius Milhaud and Pequena Czardas by Pedro Iturrialde.

Admission to the concert is free and open to the public.
