Lifelong Learning Center registering for office technology program

The Lifelong Learning Center at Wayland Baptist University has opened enrollment for its office technology training program. Classes begin August 20 for the year-long program, which ends with a program awarding certificates of completion in the summer of 2002.

The program features ten 45-hour classes, covering three semesters. Featured subjects include the following:

 • Fall 2001: Accounting, beginning keyboarding, secretarial procedures and Windows.

 • Spring 2002: Business communications, medical terminology and word processing.

 • Summer 2002: Business machines, legal procedures and Microsoft Excel. The program offers continuing education credits as well.

Space is limited for classes. Registration is underway.
