Alumni Travel Opportunities
Wayland Alumni Association offers exciting travel opportunities for alumni and friends of the university, with group trip options available for 2021 and other opportunities coming soon. Take advantage of the chance to travel with WBU friends with all the arrangements already made! We're ready to go on some great adventures, and we're saving a place for you!
Travel Opportunities
Classical Austria and Germany
- June 29-July 9, 2021 (This is our 2020 trip rescheduled.)
- SPACE IS LIMITED, and these trips are filling up fast! Register early and secure your place on this amazing journey!
- $4,770 per person (based on double-occupancy; this was the original cost, airfare may increase slightly)
- Highlights include Heidelberg, the Rhine Valley, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Vienna, Munich and Rothenberg and the Eagle's Nest.
- Hosted by Dr. and Mrs. Bobby Hall, WBU President and First Lady
- Includes airfare from Dallas-Fort Worth International, breakfast daily, six dinners, sightseeing, first-class hotel accommodations and taxes
- $1,000 due at registration, final payment due by February 2021

Spotlight on Washington, D.C.

and save $100 on your trip!
- Cost per person (based on double-occupancy): $2,399
- Highlights include the White House, national monuments and Smithsonian, Arlington Cemetery, Mount Vernon and free time to explore features like the Museum of the Bible and others.
- Hosted by Teresa Young, director of alumni relations
- Includes airfare from Dallas-Fort Worth International, breakfast daily, six dinners, sightseeing, first-class hotel accommodations and taxes
- $600 due at registration, payment plans available, deadline to register with deposit is April 1.
- We highly recommend participants purchase travel insurance either through your own insurance company or Collette's partner companies.

Future Trips
- Future destinations could include: Italy; New York City; Spain; Nashville; Israel and the Holy Land.
- Trips will be announced at least six months in advance for domestic travel and 18-24 months for foreign travel.
- Trips will include a Wayland official as the tour leader, with paid guides as appropriate.
