Summer Financial Aid
The summer term is considered a "trailer" to the regular academic year at Wayland and financial aid eligibility will be determined using the same Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) that was used to determine your academic year aid eligibility.
The majority of summer financial aid comes from unused eligibility from the academic year or private education loans and generally requires at least half-time enrollment.
The Office of Financial Aid will begin reviewing students for summer eligibility after census date for the spring term.
- Let us know that you plan to attend the summer term by completing the Summer Attendance Worksheet and we will evaluate your eligibility and send a revised Financial Aid Notification.
- Financial aid eligibility for summer is determined based on assumed half-time enrollment and will be adjusted based on actual enrollment at census date, prior to disbursement.
