In addition to many domestic and international mission opportunities, the School of
Religion and Philosophy offers international, Biblically-based study tours as often
as student interest will allow.
For example, Dr. Jay Givens and Dr. David Maltsberger, both professors of religion, recently led undergraduate and graduate students on a 13-day study tour of the sites of early Christianity in Turkey and the Mediterranean. Both graduate and undergraduate students were able to earn as many as six credit hours from the following classes: Life and Letters of Paul, and Topics in Religion--The Patristic Era.
