About this Program

The bachelor of applied science in computer science will equip students to create computer software for both business and government use.

This degree is designed for non-traditional students who may already be working in the technology industry. Through a combination of face-to-face and online courses, this program focuses on computer science courses to meet university core requirements.

Students can earn up to 12 credit hours for qualified work experience when seeking the B.A.S. degree, with additional credit possible for specialized training.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science requires 124 course hours. The major requires 36 hours, of which 18 are upper level.
