About this Program

The Spanish minor examines the Spanish language and culture inside several Spanish courses, offering insight into Latin America, its Spanish origins, and various national developments. Spanish courses provide a technical and conversational foundation in the language through focused study in literatures, language, and grammar.

To complete this minor, students are required to pass 18 hours of topical study.

Requirements

A minor in Spanish requires 20 course hours. A total of six hours must be from upper-level courses.
