Study Tours
The Don A. Williams School of Education and Exercise and Sport Science provides opportunities for international study tours. In past years, the department has traveled to Ecuador and Belize on tours that offered students as many as seven credit hours in two disciplines while exposing them to diverse cultural experiences.
These tours also serve as a mission opportunity for students to fellowship with the locals through activities like volunteering to work on repairs and improvements, or spending time with children in local orphanages. During a previous tour in Ecuador, WBU Education and Exercise and Sport Science majors humbly took part in the construction of Casa de Fe, a children's group home, while also teaching a vacation bible school curriculum to the children of the home.
The Don A. Williams School of Education and Exercise and Sport Science looks forward to continuing its global outreach and exploration in China in the near future.
