About this Program
The leadership minor, intended for non-business majors seeking leadership and analytical skills, provides students the business and management education needed for organizational and entrepreneurial success.
Earning this minor requires 18 hours in management courses. Required courses include principles of management, managerial communication, small business management, theory and practice of supervision, dynamics of leadership, and other management electives.
