Transcript requests must be made in writing or ordered online. There is a $5.00 charge per each complete transcript requested. Transcripts can
be sent by Fed-Ex for an additional $25.00. For example, cost for one transcript that
is sent by Fed-Ex will be a total of $30. The cost for two transcripts sent by Fed-Ex
will be a total of $35, etc.
Transcripts are processed on a first come, first served basis. The turnaround time, from receipt in our office, is five to seven working days.
The Request Form is available for your convenience. You may fill out the form upon opening. After you have completed the form, please print it out and mail it or email to the Registrar's Office, or submit the completed online form.

The Office of the Registrar will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24th through 8:15 a.m. on Monday, November 30th. Any transcript requests received after 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday the 24th will be processed in the order they are received – after we return on Monday the 30th.
Requesting an Electronic Transcript
The Registrar's Office is pleased to offer electronic transcript delivery. In partnership with SCRIP-SAFE® International, Wayland Baptist University is now able to provide official transcripts delivered through eSCRIP-SAFE® to network recipients Network Recipients or outside the network (OneTime®) to third parties.
Electronic transcripts are processed on a first come, first served basis along with transcripts that have been requested to be mailed. The turnaround time, from receipt in our office, is six to ten working days.
Please read the following before completing your electronic transcript request:
Network Delivery - Before completing your transcript request; please check the network recipients (Network Recipients) to see if your intended receiver is a member of the electronic network. If the recipient is in the network, please insert the name on your order form and check electronic network recipient.
OneTime® Delivery - If your intended recipient is not a network member and you wish to deliver your transcript electronically, this method may be used. Receivers are designated and identified by you, the requestor, through the recipient's email address.
• You should always notify your intended recipient they will be receiving important email messages regarding the electronic delivery of your transcript. To insure delivery of these important email messages, please inform the recipient to add the domain name of @escrip-safe.com to their safe-sender email list.
• OneTime® receivers must complete a simple registration for each transcript delivered through eSCRIP-SAFE®. There is no software installation for any receiver. A copy of the free Adobe Reader 7.0, or higher, must be installed on the recipient's computer. The receiver has three options to retain the transcript: (1) save to the institution's document imaging system; (2) save electronically as a PDF document; or (3) print to paper.
