National Testing Center

Please read and follow the instructions below to schedule a test with the Wayland Baptist University Vance Air Force Base National Testing Center.

  • Testing Location and Times

    • The Testing Center is located on Vance Air Force Base (address below)

    • Tests are administered Wednesdays at 1200; Thursdays and Fridays at 0900

    • Civilians who do not have access to the base will need to request access a minimum of 72 hours prior to your test date

    • Contact the Wayland Baptist University Vance Air Force Base office to request access (below)

  • Exam Fees

    • If you are not active duty military, you will be required to pay for CLEP & DSST exams

      • Payment is made with a credit card on the day of the exam prior to the test

      • CLEP - $77/exam; DSST - $80/exam

    • Active duty military are charged to retake CLEP and DSST exams previously paid by the Department of Defense

  • Administration Fees

    • A $20.00 administrative fee will be charged to students who are not currently enrolled at Wayland Baptist University and to students who are non-military

      • for CLEP & DSST exams, this fee is per test

      • for non-WBU proctored university exams and quizzes, this fee is per course

    • When paying the administration fee by credit card or personal check

      • the fee must be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to the test date

      • payment is made through the Wayland Baptist University Vance AFB office

      • a paid receipt must be presented for admittance on the day of the test

    • Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are accepted at the Testing Center on the day of the test

$77.00 plus WBU admin fee of $20.00 (no fee to military)

DSST Exams

$80.00 plus WBU admin fee of $20.00 (no fee to military)

Proctored University Exams

$20.00 WBU admin fee per course (no fee to WBU students)
