Lead On Course LEAD ~ SERVE ~ INSPIRE

OUR COMPONENTS:

• High Plains Leadership Summit: a campus/community event held each fall to promote ethical leadership development
• Workshops & Seminars: sessions held throughout the year, led by community and university leaders, addressing a variety of ethical leadership topics
• Lead-On: a by-application elective course in the dynamics of leadership
• Transcript Service Seal: an opportunity for WBU students to maintain a co-curricular transcript of campus leadership and involvement experiences
• Reach Out: ongoing partnerships with community volunteer agencies for student leadership application
• Special Events: variety of activities designed to open the center as a leadership link between the university and the community
• Academic Experiences: expanded leadership offerings within the academic schools
• Student Advisory Committee: Group of 10 students to assist in giving direction and student perspective to the center.
