OUR MISSION:
To enhance university programs and activities to promote the ethical growth and leadership development of Wayland Baptist University students.
OUR OBJECTIVES:
- Integrate ethical leadership instruction throughout Wayland's existing programs and activities.
- use university and community leaders as instructors, lecturers, role models and mentors for students.
- Facilitate opportunities for students to apply leadership theory and skills in an array of service experiences on campus and in the community.
- Provide students with opportunities for intentional leadership development and to maintain an ongoing record of such experiences while at Wayland.
- Serve as a resource for university and community outreach activities while promoting ethical leadership.
- Enhance university recruitment with "on campus" leadership experiences for local and are junior high and high school students.
