As a practicing clinical psychologist for years, Dr. Walt Fidler has worked both privately and in the law enforcement field. His extensive work with Juveniles in Adobe Mountain Juvenile Institute gives even added insights for the many Wayland Phoenix students who work in various law enforcement or juvenile-related sectors. He has served as a member of the American Psychological Association, the Arizona Psychological Association, the Association for Treatment of Sexual Abuser, the Arizona Association for the treatment of Sexual Abusers, and the Ameican Academy of Forensic Examiners. Dr. Fidler teachers the vast majority of the psychology courses offered by Wayland Phoenix--both graduate and undergraduate.
