Ken Holmes is a member of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office for over 20 years. He began as a patrol deputy and is now a Captain. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar His wide variety of experience in both managment, law enforcement and law make him ideally suited for the many law-enforcement related students Wayland Phoenix has. Lt. Holmes teaches POLS 2301 Federal and State Government as well as undergraduate and graduate business law.
