The Lifelong Learning Center at Wayland Baptist University has opened enrollment for its office technology training program. Classes begin August 20 for the year-long program, which ends with a program awarding certificates of completion in the summer of 2002.

The program features ten 45-hour classes, covering three semesters. Featured subjects include the following:

· Fall 2001: Accounting, beginning keyboarding, secretarial procedures and Windows.

· Spring 2002: Business communications, medical terminology and word processing.

· Summer 2002: Business machines, legal procedures and Microsoft Excel. The program offers continuing education credits as well. Space is limited for classes. Registration is underway.
