HAWAII UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

In order to facilitate each student's academic progress, we make every effort to maintain a rotation of courses. Except when logistics interfere, we will stick to this rotation.

The list below will help you understand which of Wayland's degree programs are offered at the Hawaii campus. For details on any of the programs, please consult the Wayland Academic Catalog.

Associate of Applied Science (AAS)

This 63-hour degree is designed to track directly into the BAS degree. The degree requires 30 semester hours in general education and 33 hours from an approved major. Majors available:

Applied Science (many possible specializations)
Business Administration
Human Services
Justice Administration
Religion



Associate of Arts (AA)

This 60-hour, lower-division degree is designed to give students the opportunity to move directly into a bachelor's degree program on completion. There is no major or minor for this degree.



Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS)

This 124-hour degree is designed for individuals who have completed certification programs, had specialized training, or have several years of on-the-job training. The degree plan allows for transferring in credits from academic institutions, military training programs, and qualified work experience. A minimum of 36 semester hours must be upper-level (junior/senior) credit. Majors available:

Business Administration with specializations in

Bachelor of Christian Ministry (BCM)

This 124-hour degree is designed for to afford both academic and professional depth for individuals who possess recognized competence in ministry. A minimum of 36 semester hours must be upper-level (junior/senior) credit.
