Academic Advising
Students at the Hawaii campus have access to academic advising and counseling at the main campus, Hickman AFB, Tripler Army Medical Center, Pearl Harbor, and Kaneohe MCBH.. Academic advisors at the military bases generally work by appointment; however they do accept walk-ins. Academic advisors are available for walk-ins at our main campus location in Hawaii. New students not assigned to a military base may wish to use the walk-in option or call to make an appointment at the main campus in Hawaii. New students will be assigned an academic advisor following the initial session.

New students seeking a preliminary degree plan should bring to the appointment copies of transcripts, CLEP, AARTS, DD Form 214 or DD Form 295, and certificates of all employer-based training they want to be evaluated for credit.

Make an appointment to have your credits evaluated and to determine the number of hours needed to complete your associate, bachelor’s, or master’s.

Our hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The office is closed weekends and University holidays.
