is our Office Manager. She is usually the first to greet you in person or by telephone. She will direct you to the department that would best meet your needs. She also assists with administrative duties and works with the outgoing WBU transcripts request. She can also answer textbook questions for students or faculty.

is our Coordinator of Student Records and Finance. She is the keeper of incoming transcripts, enrollments, and applications. Contact her for questions involving your application paperwork or student documents. She is also the one to contact should students have questions regarding their student accounts, GI Bill (VA educational benefits), or Financial Aid (including military TA, scholarships, or FAFSA).
