Scholarships are "the forever gift"

Like so many other families, you can honor or memorialize family, friends, a favorite professor or even your pastor or church by creating an endowed scholarship in their name. The procedure is simple:

• Your initial gift of any amount is invested with the Baptist Foundation of Texas. The scholarship is named and specifications for scholarship recipients.
• Additional gifts are added to the body of the endowment as received by the University.
• Once the endowment reaches $25,000, the corpus begins to generate interest.
• The interest is withdrawn annually to create a scholarship or scholarships for students in need. The corpus remains intact into perpetuity.
