ABOUT THE FAIRBANKS CAMPUS

Mission Statement: Wayland Baptist University exists to educate students in an academically challenging, learning focused, and distinctively Christian environment for professional success, lifelong learning, and service to God and humankind.

We are located on the Eielson Air Force Base and Ft. Wainwright Army Base.

Free Academic Advising is available Monday through Friday at our offices located at the Education Centers on Ft. Wainwright and Eielson AFB.’

Evening, weekend, late afternoon and Internet classes make it very convenient for military personnel and others to fulfill requirements for their degrees.

Four eleven-week semesters each year make it possible to accelerate degree completion.

Affordable tuition means your education at Wayland doesn't have to break the bank. We can help you with applications for financial aid to help offset the cost as well.

We offer education with a personal touch, where faculty and staff care about student success and work to make a degree possible for working adults.
