FAFSA HELP GUIDE: LOAN INFORMATION StudentLoans.gov - Access Department of Education Direct Loan information SFA Ombudsman - You can contact the SFA Ombudsman, who is working with student loan borrowers to informally resolve loan disputes and problems. Get FAFSA help, rehabilitate a loan, or even discharge a loan. Loan Entrance Counseling - Complete the entrance counseling required of all student borrowers. This will provide helpful information for you as a borrower regarding deferments, forbearance, cancellations, rights and responsibilities, and consolidations. Loan Exit Counseling - Complete the exit interview required of all student borrowers.
