While Wayland’s small school and distinctively Christian environment attract students, its teachers create the environment that keep them here. Wayland’s Faculty Center inspires excellence in teaching as it assists faculty in the development of informed and effective teaching practices. The Center provides services and resources to faculty to enhance their ability to produce citizens prepared for professional success, lifelong learning, and service to God and humankind.

The Center is currently housed in The Community Classroom located at 7th and Yonkers in Plainview and is under the direction of Provost, Dr. Bobby Hall.

Its programs and services are available to any member of the university’s teaching community, including full-time and adjunct.
