Dr. Ed has one of the broadest academic background of anyone in the entire Wayland system. With degrees from science to education to business, Dr. Favilla brings an enormous breadth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. For over 10 years, Dr. Favilla has been teaching as an adjunct professor with Wayland Phoenix. Besides his experience in the high school classroom, his knowledge of management and business are exceptional. He is a member of the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management. He has also served for five years as Treasurer of the Oregon Province of the Society of Jesus. For four years he served as Vice President of Rockhurts College in Kansas City, KS and was an Associate Professor and Associate Director of Admissions at Seattle University in Seattle, WA. Dr. Favilla teaches in three graduate programs at Wayland--M.Ed, MAM, and MBA. He also teaches undergraduate coures ranging from Contemporary Usage to Strategic Management. With Dr. Favilla, if Wayland Phoenix offers it, Dr. Favilla is probably academically qualified to teach it.
