The School of Mathematics and Sciences is pleased to welcome Ms. Shelly Finley to talk to students about her research at the South Pole and how it all started with a degree in Physics.
Ms. Finley has worked at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in Antarctica, where she served as the Science and Technical Project Services Supervisor and Winter Site Manager for the U.S. Antarctic Program.
Currently, Ms. Finley is the Deputy Program Manager for the GeoCarb Science Mission at the University of Oklahoma.
