BASEBALL TRYOUT CAMPS
The Pioneer baseball coaching staff at Wayland Baptist University conducts Try-Out Camps for all graduating high school seniors and/or players with college eligibility every summer and fall.
The next camp is scheduled for Saturday, November 10th at Wilder Field on the WBU campus. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with tryouts following at 9:00.

BASEBALL INSTRUCTIONAL CAMPS
Overview
Directed by the Wayland Baptist coaching staff, the WBU baseball camp offers an opportunity for ball players of all ages to receive quality instruction on all areas of the game. Campers are able to receive personalized instruction focused on the development of their skills and a positive mental approach to the game. Our primary goal is to help each camper develop a positive mental attitude about themselves and the game of baseball.
Facilities and Accommodations
The David & Myrt Wilder field on the Wayland Baptist campus serves as the home for the Wayland Baptist University baseball camp. Located on the corner of 8th and Xenia, it also houses a three station hitting cage, a locker room, and a practice infield. With this facility, WBU Baseball Camp offers campers the opportunity to use a first class facility while receiving quality baseball instruction.
What to Bring To the Camp
Day campers - bring a baseball glove, a bat, baseball shoes and a baseball cap.
*No cars are to be used during the camp by campers licensed to drive.
