Background/Expertise: Christian since the age of eight; BSOE-Law Enforcement, Wayland Baptist University; Master of Arts in Management, Wayland Baptist University. Twenty years of Law Enforcement service, over 15 years of business management experience, six years of college teaching experience. Arrival at WBU-Anchorage – 1999.
Academic interest/specialization: narcotics trafficking, juvenile gangs, sociology, law enforcement, history/ethics, leadership, supervision, and management.
Personal Statement: “Adapt, persevere, and overcome” is the mission statement of my life; it is my upmost desire to be able to say on the day of my ‘homecoming’ that “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7) “Loyalty above all else except integrity” is the ethical statement of my life; may it be said of me “. . . “Teacher,” they said, “we know you are a man of integrity and that you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. You aren’t swayed by men, because you pay no attention to who they are.”” (Matthew 22:16)
