Are you needing help to pay for tuition and books?  Then come by the Financial Aid office to fill out the 2016-2017 Financial Aid forms.  You can also fill out the forms online at  You must fill out the 2016-2017 FAFSA and any other required documentation to receive Financial Aid.

Direct Deposit is available for Students.  If you receive a refund check, you can have the check deposited directly into your checking or savings account.  Come by the office to fill out the form.  You must provide a voided check or deposit slip with the form.  Only the student can fill out the form, no spouse or parent can fill out the information for you.  If you decide to receive a check instead, only the student can pick up the check.  No parent or spouse can pick up the check, we must have your signature on file.





If you need help with your payment and are not receiving Financial Aid, be sure to sign up for our Payment Plan.  1/3 of the payment will be due upon registering as well as signing a Promissory Note with the Business Office. A $50 payment plan fee will apply. MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAID OFF BEFORE REGISTRATION OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER.

If you need your grades or receipt sent to your employer please stop by Deetress Peoples' office to fill out a release form.  The form must be filled out, signed by the student, and turned into the Business Office as soon as possible.

Wayland Baptist University does not mail out statements to students showing the balance due for the term.  You can look up this information on your "Student Services " account at

INFORMATION ABOUT “Student Services ”

You can access your grades, account balance, and even your unofficial transcript on Wayland’s “Student Services” without stepping a foot outside of your home.

Registration online is now available, be sure to check your degree plan and with your advisor on the classes.  You can also start making payments towards your balance throughout the semester with a credit or debit card.  If you are Financial Aid or VA, please check with the business office and/or the financial aid advisor.

Go to and on the bottom of the home page, click on “Student Services ”. Click on the blue "Request Account" button to start the process.  Enter your student ID number, your first and last name, your birth date, and other information that is requested.

Feel free to call our offices if you need help or if you’re not sure what your student ID number is.

Please try not to come by the office for your grades unless it is needed for a job reimbursement. Remember, it’s as easy as knowing your nine-digit student ID and your password!




INFORMATION ABOUT "The Student Wayland E-mail Account "

You can access your Wayland E-mail Account the day of registration.  You will receive current information about your degree, registration, financial aid, and events going on with Wayland Baptist University.  Go to to log in. 

Your new email address will usually be your You will need to type your entire email address in as your "Windows Live ID." Your temporary password should have already been sent to you from IT.
