Phase II of the Capital Campaign is gearing up to assist with funding for the new Flores Bible Building and Mission Center.

Jimmy Dean Hall opened August 2012. The new dorm faces Quincy Street and is just north of the Don Williams School of Education building, was named in honor of hometown singer and sausage king, Jimmy Dean. It houses 350 men.

Renovations to the University Center, totaling 5 million dollar's are scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2012. Renovations included a coffee shop in the basement, new dining facilities, new post office, and Student Activities offices
