PREVIEW DAYS

Wayland gives you two different opportunities to spend the weekend on campus. During these weekends you will find an environment in which each individual's talents, interests, and dreams are embraced and cultivated. You can get a firsthand look at the campus in which you will excel. You can discover how very special being a part of Wayland can be. Preview weekends are open to high school junior or seniors and transfer students.

Our first preview weekend, Gold Rush, is hosted in November. Our second weekend, Big Weekend, is held usually the last weekend in March.

Spend the weekend getting to know the campus, meeting new friends, meeting professors, visiting classrooms, and meeting financial aid counselors. You will be able to try our food, look at the dorms, and get to know the Wayland Family. Tryouts are hosted for band, theatre, and choir. You can bring your portfolio and speak with a visual arts professor. You will be able to meet with coaches and ask questions about our intercollegiate athletic programs.
