FINANCIAL AID FORMS
**Required by Financial Aid for all students seeking federal or state financial aid. Forms must be accompanied by most recent signed tax return and W2's along with parent's signed tax return and W-2 forms.
Free
Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Complete as soon after January 1st as possible. Include Wayland
as a recipient of the information.
Apply on-line now! --Students are encouraged to access NetPartner for speedy processing. However in order to access NetPartner, a student must first exist in the current year data base. To be sure to be included in this data base complete one of the following 2 steps:
1. a. Complete FAFSA and verify that it is submitted to WBU.
b. Obtain Student ID through the admissions process.
2. E-mail finaidhelp@wbu.edu if you have not completed a FAFSA or received a Student ID.
Students may
view financial aid documents needed, important announcements, current awards
and more through NetPartner. At this site the student will complete an Institutional
Application for Financial Aid which will be submitted electronically. You will then be
directed to complete additional documents such as the Institutional Application
Supplemental Information, TX Residency and Verification Worksheet. Please print ,
sign, and submit the documents once completed. These documents can be submitted by scanning and e-mailing them to the financial aid advisor at your campus of attendance or to finaidhelp@wbu.edu.
A student's financial aid application
can not be processed without the requested documents being received. (See the "Forms" tab in NetPartner for all required documents.)

Student's will be notified via WBU e-mail in regards to all financial aid needs/awards/instruction. Please be sure to activate your WBU e-mail account once you register for classes and are notified of instruction for doing so. Special Circumstances
According to federal laws and regulations, a family’s
2008 income is used to assess financial need for the 2009-2010 school year. If a family’s 2008 income (2009 for the 2009-2010 school year)
is lower due
to special circumstances, a financial aid administrator may
be able
to use the 2008 income (2009 for the 2009-2010 school year) to assess financial need.

Summer Budget Worksheet
This worksheet allows you to communicate your enrollment plans
for summer term(s)
to your campus financial aid administrator in order that Summer funds can be awarded.
This document is specifically designed for students attending Wayland through an
External Campus. Plainview students must go by the Office of Financial Aid to pick up
the documents required to award their Summer terms.
