Justin received his B.A. in General Studies from Texas Tech University in May of 2001.  In 2005, he went on to dually receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law and Master of Business Administration from the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business.  Justin currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Justice/Public Administration.  He has been teaching online, hybrid, face-to-face, and developing curriculum in the areas of Criminal Justice, Criminal Procedure, Juvenile Justice, Legal Systems, Employment Law, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Management, and Business Marketing since 2006.  Justin has served in roles as Assistant Property Manager of a Property Management Investment Group, Assistant Executive Director and Director of Development of the Lubbock Boys and Girls Club, and Academic Advisor and Coordinator of the PEGASUS Program for First Generation College Students at Texas Tech University.  Outside of teaching, Justin possesses a very diverse background that includes experience in Federal and State substantive legal review and analysis, grant writing, management, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, fiscal management, property management, training of faculty, academic advising, and higher education administration.
