Annual Spanish Study tour opportunity
Each May Micro term, participating students are immersed in the language and culture while they learn intermediate Spanish credit worth six (6) hours.
The trips are an overwhelming success! Photos show students learning the Spanish language while living in the Costa Rican culture and sharing English with the community they embrace.

China Study tour opportunity
China Study Tour planned for May 2011!
Primary location of study tour: Xi’an, China, and Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology - Located in the central portion of northwest China, Xi’an currently serves as the capital of China’s Shaanxi Province. One of the world’s most ancient cities, Xi’an has been the national capital of 12 dynasties, from Western Zhou (1046-771 BC) to Tang (618-907). Xi’an stands out from other cities due to its numerous historical sites, rich cultural relics, and beautiful scenery.
This study tour will offer the following core courses:
COMS 1303: Professional Communication
and/or
ENGL 2303: World Literature
Both of these courses will fulfill general education core requirements—and in only three weeks!
