Resetting Exams in Blackboard
It is the Policy of the Virtual Campus Department to not re-set exams or quizzes for students.
If you have been locked out of a quiz/exam and need to have it reset, you will need to contact your instructor. There are several ways to contact your Instructor using Blackboard.
Contacting Your Instructor
- Check Your Syllabus. Most instructors provide their contact information for students in the course syllabus
- Email Your Instructor using the email function in Blackboard
Using the Blackboard Email Function
- While in your Course, click on the "Communication" Menu on the left side of the Screen
- Select "Send Email"
- Select the Intended Recipient (All Instructor Users)
- Type in your Message subject and your Message, then click Submit
- You should receive a copy of the email at the email address on file in Blackboard
