Students and Faculty have access to support using the following methods:

• Consult the Frequently Asked Questions guide as well as the Virtual Campus homepage.
• View the Virtual Campus Help Desk
• Request assistance using the Student Help Request Form.
• Call the Virtual Campus at 800-203-9048. Office hours are 8:00-5:00 Central Time, Monday through Thursday and 8:00-4:00 Central Time on Friday. Either phone has voice mail which is checked after hours and on weekends.
