III.E. Grade reports

The Virtual Campus will print out and mail official grade report sheets (with return envelopes) to instructors one week before the end of the term. Instructors will need to return the signed grade reports no later than two weeks following the end of the term. Faxed or emailed grade sheets need to reach the Virtual Campus office no later than two business days following the last day of the term.

As grades are received from Virtual Campus instructors, the Office of the Virtual Campus will enter grades into the University's database. In the case of students receiving a grade of "I" (incomplete), email confirmation may substitute for a student signature on an Incomplete form. For changes in grade, Virtual Campus instructors may print out a Change of Grade form (available through the Virtual Campus web site), fill in the form, and mail it directly to the Registrar's Office on the Plainview Campus.

The Virtual Campus will submit original signed grade reports to the Office of the Registrar. The Director will not give out grade information to students, but will refer them to their campus of record.
