III.D. Faculty payments
The Virtual Campus is responsible for generating and sending out "Confirmation of Teaching Appointment" agreements to the instructors teaching Virtual Campus courses. Agreements will be mailed after the Census Day each term in order to reflect accurate course enrollment numbers. Instructors will have two weeks to return the signed agreements. Original signed agreements will be taken to the Office of the Provost.
Sources for instructor salaries will be determined by adding all instructor salaries for the term and dividing the total among the physical campuses according to the percentage of students from each campus enrolled in the Virtual Campus. The Virtual Campus will submit to the Office of the Vice President for Academic Services an instructor pay requisition supplying these details.
