III.A. Course schedules
The Director of the Virtual Campus will publish a schedule of courses for each term (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring). The schedule will be circulated among Academic Chairs and Campus Deans prior to publication in order to assure compatibility with other schedules. The course schedule should be published at least two months prior to the beginning of the term. The schedule will include only those courses which have been approved by the Academic and Graduate Councils.
The Director will also maintain a rotation of courses, updated on a regular basis. This rotation will be available to Academic Chairs and Campus Deans in order to facilitate planning of course offerings and instructor resources.
