II.E. University Store (Bookstore)
It is the responsibility of the Virtual Campus Office to insure that online faculty send textbook information in time to place textbook orders six weeks prior to the beginning of each term. Textbook lists published by the academic divisions will serve as the guidelines for the ordering of books.
The Plainview campus University Store has the responsibility for ordering all books used for online courses. The Virtual Campus will supply the Plainview store with a history of enrollments in order to help in estimating the total number of books to order each term. External campus bookstore personnel will provide the Plainview store with estimates of the number of their students requiring books for these courses. The Plainview store will send books directly to students who may order them online through the Virtual Campus website.
