II.D.2. Students' responsibilities
Students must provide their own equipment for accessing online courses: computer with sufficient processing power; modem, DSL, or LAN connection; email address; word-processing program; sound card and speakers (for courses requiring sound). Students need to check the requirements posted on the Virtual Campus web site as well as the requirements given in the syllabus of the course(s) they are taking.
Students are required to make arrangements for the proctoring of tests. For students near a physical campus, office personnel may assist with proctoring. It is the student's responsibility to set up appointments for test sessions; office staff cannot be expected to accommodate students who drop in unannounced to take a test. Students not located near a WBU campus will need to make arrangements with their education office (military) or local public library.
