II.B.1. Registration/student records
Normally, students will register for online classes through their campus of record or through IQ.Web. The Virtual Campus office may need to assist in this process in the event of technical or logistical difficulties, but will only do so at the request of campus staff. For the process of pre-registration, the Virtual Campus provides a means of gathering data from academic advisors on those students needing to pre-register. The Virtual Campus office will then access PowerCAMPUS to enroll the designated students.
Similarly, add/drop changes should be processed through the local campus where possible. The external campus staff are expected to turn in notices of adds/drops to the Director of the Virtual Campus so that faculty may be alerted.
