Classroom Procedures

Each instructor will be supplied with a class roster and a class record book by the first class session. It is important for you to keep accurate class attendance records. Be sure to notify the Campus office if any student does not attend class at all, or stops coming to class.

In developing the course outline and in teaching a course you should adhere to the catalog descriptions and the syllabus, which is provided by the division at the main campus.

A course outline must be provided to each student registered for the class and to the campus office by the first class session.

Students should not be asked to convene a class for a teacher or to administer a test for a teacher.

Online instructors will receive a class roster every semester. Add and drops will be provided until Census date. After that, only drops will be provided. Online course outlines should be posted on the schedule at least one week prior to the first day of registration.
