TextbooksTexts, as indicated in the syllabus, are adopted by the division and are to be used by each instructor unless specific approval is granted for an exception. The bookstore orders with the understanding that students will be required to purchase the text. The necessity to purchase the books should be communicated to the students, and the book should then be used in the course. It is unfair to the bookstore to ask them to order books, which will not be used, and it is unfair to students to ask them to buy texts, which are never utilized in the course. Be sure to incorporate the textbooks into the course.Online books may be purchased through the schedule on the VC website (www.wbu.edu/online). All returns, refunds or exchanges should be processed by the store/company from which the book was purchased. |
