Students of the Degree Program Online have access to technical support using the following methods:- Consult the Frequently Asked Questions guide as well as the Virtual Campus homepage.
- Go through the Blackboard Tutorial for Students
- Send email to the Virtual Campus at virtualcampus@wbu.edu
- Call the Virtual Campus at 806-291-1720 or 800-203-9048. Office hours are 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00 Central Time, Monday through Thursday and 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00 Central Time on Friday. Either phone has voice mail which is checked on weekends.
