Dr. Thompson is a Science professor at Wayland Baptist University. Dr. Thompson has a B.S (1956); M.S. (1967) and Ph.D. (1986) from Texas Tech University. His major interest include plant ecology and plant physiology. Dr. Thompson teaches introductory Biology courses and upper level courses in Ecology, Plant Anatomy an Physiology, Plant Taxonomy, and Microbiology. Since 1985 has instructed in WBU's graduate summer science programs for teachers (ASSIST & ASSET).
